Mutual of Omaha's Employee Assistance Program
How it Works
When life is challenging, employees need somewhere to turn for support. That's where Mutual of Omaha's Employee Assistance Program can help. Our EAP staff members are Master's level EAP Counselors. Our EAP Counselors can provide a solution-focused approach by assessing individual needs and providing appropriate resources and referrals. Some to the issues where EAP can help include:
- Family and relationships
- Emotional well-being
- Financial wellness
- Substance abuse and addiction
- Legal assistance
- Grief and loss
- Work and career
- Change and transition
Eligibility - Employees and their immediate family members, including the employee, spouse and dependent children (unmarried and under 26) who reside with the employee.
Counseling Options - Three session per year (per issue) conducted by face-to-face counseling or telehealth (text, chat, phone, or video) via a secure, HIPAA compliant portal.
